Our Vision
Dory Weiss
I'm an experienced technology leader who is passionate about empowering diverse teams to innovate and thrive. As the Head of Product for VIIZR, I worked collaboratively across the company to drive our product vision, identified and delivered the features and capabilities of the greatest impact for our users, and generally dreamed of innovative ways to help skilled tradespeople create sustainable and successful businesses.
Before VIIZR I led the engineering team at nCino as we scaled from early stage start-up through our IPO as the global industry leader in commercial loan origination.
I am uncompromising about the belief that the greatest business success comes from a focus on people--customers, employees, and community members. I'm also committed to sustainability, diversity, and inclusion, and I look for ways to infuse these values into everything I do.
